These smaller cohorts gather together three times in one year on-site to learn from sending church innovators and multiplication experts. Our network is the largest participant in these customized learning communities with a diverse group of large, mid-sized, and small church leaders, district leaders, & church planters involved. The peer-to-peer dynamics of these events are much of their value.
